i have avg free, and avg anti-spyware, any more software needed to protect my pc?

Most of the viruses are made by nortons, so get it.

1. Do All Windows Updates daily. This is the most important Windows security tip.

2. One, and only ONE, Anti-virus. AVG Free is good.

3. One, and only ONE, software Firewall (if you don't have a hardware router). Zone Alarm is good.

4. Spybot Search %26 Destroy, AdAware 2007, Windows Defender and Spyware Blaster. No one Anti-spyware catches everything.

5. Update each program's malware ''definition files'' and run the SCANS Daily.

TIP: All are free, just google for them.
can't hurt to add another anti-spyware like spybot search and destroy and maybe CClean...also a basic firewall like Zone Alarm...all free
